The community consists of 100 one, two and three bedroom apartments in beautiful condition. Standard within each apartment are central air conditioning, private patios, washer/dryer hook-ups, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and walk-in closets. The Landlord pays for trash removal and softened water throughout the community. The tenant is responsible for water & sewer (which averages approximately $29.00/month), gas (Vectren), and electric (DP&L), One-bedroom apartments consist of 650 sqft. of living space for $410.00 / month. Two-bedroom apartments are 950 sqft. for $445 / month. And three-bedroom apartments are a spacious 1100 sq. ft. with two full bathrooms for $520.00 / month.
